About the Role Leading the team of supervision and coordination of the activity to meet the objectives at the highest quality standards Ensuring communication with the Beneficiary / Contracting Authority, the Contractor and other factors involved in the project Will fulfill the attributions of Engineer, as they are defined in the Conditions of the works contract Ensure the fulfillment of all tasks assigned to the Consultant Responsible for project coordination, logistics preparation and implementation, assistance, reports and coordination of the team of opposing experts. Ensure good communication with the Beneficiary/Contracting Authority, as well as with the Contractor, in all circumstances, including claims or problems related to contract implementation. Verification and approval of interim payment certificates and other documents (work schedule, monthly reports, weekly reports) prepared by the Contractor. Preparation of all documents necessary for the elaboration of the construction book Participation in the determined phases enrolled in the control program Providing technical assistance and solutions in case of unforeseen situations Inspection, identification and solution of any problems, errors or defects occurred during the warranty period, as well as ordering the execution of remedial works by the contractor under the quality conditions provided in the Contract Verification and approval of the monthly report of the Engineer and the updated report on the progress of the works from a physical and financial point of view Ensure correspondence and conduct all working meetings with the Beneficiary, the Contractor, the Designer and the competent authorities Issuing reports to the Beneficiary, including at its extraordinary request, without the Consultant Engineer requesting additional costs Delegate attributions according to Sub-Clause 3.2 of the Conditions of the works contract, in case of absence from the construction site, to the Construction Engineer-Road Manager Any other obligations and responsibilities according to the legislation in force and the conditions of the works contract.

What do we need from you We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate will have: Preparation: higher education in construction Seniority: 10 years of experience Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills Good spoken and written English Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft applications – Excel advanced) Good organisational skills and experience of working as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability Integrity and confidentiality
