About the Role

Develops and maintains a good relationship with the Client / Beneficiary of the project

Receives, records, distributes and archives correspondence and documents

Writes letters and documents

Takes over the received messages and sends them to the interested persons

Updates the address book and database with contacts

Establishes the supply needs, sends orders for stationery, consumables

Prepares and sends the statement for the project expenses

Technically edits documents (making photocopies, binding documents, etc.)

Schedule appointments, book plane / train tickets, make hotel reservations

Implements and applies quality procedures in secretarial activities, according to the requirements of the Quality Management System

Ensures the transport and delivery of documents on behalf of the company (through third parties or personally)

Performs other activities at the request of the direct manager

Prepares the Minutes of the meetings

What do we need from you

At least 1‑3 years of proven experience in a similar position

University degree

Advantage: experience in construction companies

Good skills in organising, scheduling, planning

Flexibility and adaptability

Good spoken and written English

Strong computer skills (proficiency in recognised design software and Microsoft applications).
