Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive base salary Comprehensive compensation package Open PTO policy Flexible work hours Opportunity to work with a transparent Executive Leadership Team What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Identify, research, prospect, and site land opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects Work on all initiatives related to site acquisition, financing, and development of utility-scale energy storage and renewable energy projects Negotiate with landowners on site control agreements for utility-scale renewable and energy storage projects Support development activities for utility-scale renewable and energy storage projects in the company's portfolio, focusing on tax abatement, permitting, and environmental compliance What is Required (Qualifications): 3-5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, battery storage, LNG, and/or natural gas working with IPPs/Developers/Owners Hands-on experience with real estate transactions and contracts for projects in the renewables, natural gas, LNG, or energy storage space Understanding of the RFP/RFI process in project development Knowledge of project siting, permitting, prospecting, and due diligence for utility-scale renewable projects Experience in site prospecting, land negotiations, and project financing initiatives Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team-oriented environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Exposure or project experience with energy storage, battery storage, or solar + storage
