11 Months Contract About the Role:

We are looking for an Insights Program Manager to join our client’s team. You will be building and delivering compelling data driven stories. You will help the sales team utilize on-demand scaled insights tools with advertising clients. Acting as a strategic business partner, you will scope ambiguous requirements and showcase the power of data by turning it into actionable recommendations that address the needs of our client. Ideal Candidate Skills

Python Proficiency:

Able to automate tasks and create functions in Python, with examples of transforming data, performing calculations, combining data, pulling from APIs, or creating visualizations. Should be able to describe inputs and outputs of their functions. Relevant Job Experience:

Background as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer, with hands-on Python use in professional settings. SQL Skills:

Strong SQL abilities Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance scaled insights tools (automated dashboards, decks, and spreadsheets) using SQL, Python, and other technologies. Help sales, marketing, and product be more effective as the first line of response, triaging user-submitted Jira tickets and maintaining standard response times and levels of service Troubleshoot issues using all tools available, including SQL/Trino to explore and check necessary data Identify common themes across recurring problems and propose solutions to resolve these in upstream systems Develop scalable solutions where possible in conjunction with cross-functional teams to create long-term fixes to common issues Address business challenges by owning repeatable playbooks/narratives for debugging issues. Interact one-to-one with individual technical contributors and sales stakeholders Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning Manage and maintain project backlogs and ensure forward momentum with project execution Must Have

2+ years of experience with data analysis, data storytelling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to turn data into insights 2+ years working with SQL to query large datasets (e.g., Pig, Hive, Presto, Spark SQL, etc.) and create scalable, compliant, and performant code 2+ years working with Python for data manipulation, batch processing, machine learning, statistical analysis, etc. Experience with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system (Jira, etc) Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Strong customer service skills to understand needs, convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences, and efficiently solve user problems Nice to Have

Experience creating requirements and project plans for analytic programs and tools, and re-prioritize based on impact and level of effort to complete Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects Keen business sense and creative problem-solving skills Passion for leveraging data to drive action and impact You like to dream big, work collaboratively with a team to get stuff done, and know how to have fun along the way.
