Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users by identifying and resolving system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues.
Respond to incident tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide Systems Level 1 ops support.
Serve as subject matter expert of operational systems including MARC, Blue Yonder suite.
Proactively support installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross‑functional processes.
Execute all assigned tasks in accordance with IS and operational processes according to the agreed RACIS specification.
Navigate across all processes within the distribution network.
Provide operations support by troubleshooting, data maintenance and submission of IT requests.
Partner with internal and external providers to support system optimization.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with Blue Yonder Suite (WMS, TMS, OMS, LMS) or 2+ years of DC Operational Experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
