Power Home Remodeling is seeking a dynamic

Business Development Representative

who is an excellent communicator, active listener and natural salesperson, with strong technical skills. The role reports to the Vice President of the Contact Center and is responsible for generating sales appointments in Power’s nationwide offices. Your main responsibility will be to manage Power's database, consisting of existing customers, internet contacts, and homeowners met from our outbound Customer Development team. You will be responsible for speaking with these customers and creating appointments. This role is a great position to start a career with multiple growth opportunities including, but not limited to, department management, relocation, or other headquarter openings. Responsibilities

Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls in a dynamic environment Generate sales appointments for outside sales representatives Promote Power’s eco-friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients Partake in department meetings and ongoing trainings Invitations to Leadership Conferences and Power Initiatives Provide customers with best-in-class service Strive for a 5-Star service review Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The ability to work a hybrid schedule (in office and remote) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Self-motivation, mental fortitude and discipline Computer skills Must be adaptable to grow with new technologies and evolving communication methods Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with diverse personalities Exceptional patience and active listening skills Meet performance and productivity metrics to deliver high-quality sales and customer service Work Environment
