As a Junior Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving GQR Healthcare’s growth by identifying high-potential hospitals and healthcare systems through strategic outreach and research. You’ll build detailed profiles of organizations and key decision-makers to guide targeted engagement, schedule discovery calls, and support the proposal and RFP processes. By analyzing client staffing needs, you’ll help tailor nursing and allied health solutions—fueling the sales pipeline and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
