We are looking for a driven and passionate

Roadway Project Manager

with municipal experience to support our growing transportation team in

Tennessee . You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects from sidewalks and bikeways to large‑scale infrastructure and utilize your transportation design expertise (roadway, drainage, and sitework layout, preliminary and final design, utility/coordination and client coordination) to manage projects, lead delivery teams, and build client relationships.

You’ll be part of diverse, multi‑discipline teams in the delivery of transportation planning and design projects. Your experience will give you the ability to lead tasks and/or projects, interface directly with our clients and grow our presence in the Tennessee transportation market. Here’s what you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited University

Minimum five (5) years demonstrated experience with municipal DOTs and Local Government project experience

Previous experience serving as a project manager for transportation infrastructure projects

Demonstrated experience on various types of roadway design projects including design and plan development of new and rehabilitation highway projects

Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Open Roads Designer and a variety of transportation engineering analysis and design software

Understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO design guidelines to transportation projects

Strong analytical and time management skills

Demonstrated written and oral communication skills

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Registration as a Professional Engineer in Tennessee (or ability to attain license within 6 months)

An emphasis on transportation projects with prior DOT experience in Tennessee, with knowledge and an understanding of TDOT design guidelines and standards

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $151,890.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
