Monitor performance metrics to ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Manage new part introduction and launch processes. Collaborate with customers and vendors to review product specifications and manufacturing capabilities. Plan project specifications, costs, and equipment needs. Determine project timelines, procedures, and resource allocation. Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient production methods and quality processes. Oversee project progress, ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to. Troubleshoot processing and vendor issues, providing technical advice. Prepare status reports and adjust plans as needed. Update database with revisions and process changes. Evaluate parts for continuous improvement to enhance quality and profitability. Qualifications: BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience in automotive manufacturing. Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. Experience interfacing with customers. Experience with JobBoss or similar MRP systems. Strong understanding of scheduling and on-time delivery importance. Experience leading cross-functional teams and project management.
