Job Description Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability of one RaceTrac store on designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, cleanliness, talent leadership, and driving success. Responsibilities Friendly : Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experiences for guests; foster positive relationships with co-workers and guests; communicate respectfully; efficiently complete transactions; address guest concerns promptly. Food : Ensure compliance with safety regulations; maintain food availability. Clean : Keep the store clean and stocked; execute shift duties; maintain presentation standards; clean food prep areas and equipment. Leading Talent : Demonstrate RaceTrac's core values; lead coaching, training, and assessment of team members; provide performance feedback to the General Manager. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed) 2-3 years’ work experience preferred 1+ years management experience preferred Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/reach/bend repeatedly May require food handler and alcohol server permits based on local laws All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to protected characteristics.
