Program Manager
to join our team in
Lee's Summit, MO .
Position Responsibilities:
Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
Coordinate project activities with contractor and Government representatives, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Conduct fact-finding for special projects and respond promptly to Government inquiries.
Present oral briefings to USCIS management officials.
Prepare and revise SOPs with excellent writing skills.
Proactively inform the Government of significant issues and respond with corrective actions as needed.
Identify and recommend new approaches to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance processes.
Respond to NRC meeting requests within 2 hours.
Position Requirements:
US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain/maintain a DOD Clearance; Active Secret Clearance preferred.
Presence at the USCIS National Records Center for in-person meetings within 2 business hours of notification.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or a PMP certification in lieu of degree.
Must possess a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ.
At least 5 years of recent program/project management experience within the last 7 years.
Ability to pass a drug test and a comprehensive background check.
