Manufacturing Electrical Maintenance Lake Odessa, MI | 2nd Shift | Up to $42/hr + Bonuses | $5,000 Sign-On
Join a global food production leader committed to sustainable, safe, and responsible manufacturing. In this role, you’ll keep production running at peak performance by maintaining, troubleshooting, and programming Allen-Bradley PLC systems and other industrial control equipment.

What you’ll do
Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, ladder logic, sensors, and industrial control devices.
Perform preventive and annual maintenance on plant equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and wiring schematics.
Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues using meters, oscilloscopes, and calibration tools.
Repair and maintain plant instrumentation, data collection systems, and networked devices.
Follow safety protocols (LOTO, Hazmat team participation).
Support production teams with rapid problem resolution to minimize downtime.
What you bring
High school diploma or GED.
Electrical/Maintenance journeyman license in Michigan.
3+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
Programming/troubleshooting experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs.
Strong electrical & mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to work weekends/off‑shifts when needed.
Food processing maintenance experience.
SAP/PPE system knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot 480 VAC 3‑phase motor controls, 120 VAC, and 24 VDC circuits.
