Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist members with purchasing decisions and payment types; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using open door policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.
