Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members

Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have

Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area

Receive & stocking merchandise in an organized manner

Maintain inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products

Be an Expert

Understands processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise (e.g., taste, preparation method or use, seasonality)

Prepares (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards

Maintains product safety and follows sanitation guidelines

Adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality

Be a Techie

Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience

Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality

Adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them

Be an Owner

Drives the performance of the area using digital tools

Stocks and rotates department products using perpetual inventory management

Ensures quality and date control standards, eliminates waste

Guides peers and addresses customer needs in line with company policies

Be a Talent Ambassador

Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member experience

Models high quality service and products; demonstrates energy and commitment

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by applying related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; and adapts to change and feedback.
