Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross functional teams; help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; and control shrinkage in a timely manner. Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; utilize digital tools; use perpetual inventory management to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies and procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Value the member's experience in the meat area; model high quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work; comply with company policies and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes. Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members. Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club; answering questions. Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner. Maintaining inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock. Benefits
