About the Role Aire Serv of North Atlanta is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC maintenance and service.
Job Description This is a customer‑facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world‑class experience and caring about the customer’s needs.

Qualifications
5–10 years of experience as an HVAC service/maintenance technician
EPA Universal Certification required (additional HVAC certifications preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
Proven experience using trade business management software (e.g. Service Titan)
Ability to lift 60 lbs.
Process oriented. Willing and able to learn
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
What You’ll Do
Deliver world‑class service and experience for our customers
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance and efficiency
Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans
Communicate clearly with customers about their system issues and explain options
Complete service tickets, reports, and maintain records using company‑provided technology
Uphold safety standards and comply with EPA regulations and industry codes
Represent the company professionally in the field
Work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay (based on experience) and year‑round employment
Eligible for sign‑on bonus and tool allowance after completing 90 days with the company
