Business Development Executives

Master the ability to deliver our value-proposition in person, over the phone, and in writing Identify needs, budgets, timelines, business benefits, and key decision makers with prospects and clients Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, influencers and industry contacts Act as primary point person for prospective project opportunities from internal and external sources Accurately forecast and achieve sales goals Learn and be passionate about the technical aspects of how our systems work to keep people safe Prepare proposals, arrange product demonstrations, deliver presentations, price services, negotiate contracts, close deals, and hand off to operations Maintain organized CRM usage to optimize success Requirements
No less than 3 years professional sales experience in a relevant industry; be prepared to present year-over-year results in terms of volume and margin Outgoing outbound prospecting mindset (cold calling, networking, referrals, or other methods) Commitment to documenting all prospecting interactions using a web-based CRM Defined and organized process for managing follow-up Ability to project and meet weekly sales goals Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; effective time management and deadline discipline High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; general technology proficiency Benefits
