Product Manager, Rollers at Sany Capital USA, Inc. SANY America is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Product Manager for Rollers. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. The role will drive product development of new products, manage the product lifecycle, and work with sales, dealers, and customers to understand requirements, define development plans, and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver winning products. This position emphasizes building strong relationships with product marketing and product support to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals, and ensuring the product development strategy supports the company’s overall goals. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute the program strategy for Asphalt Paving machines, aligning with overall business objectives. Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs. Product Definition:

Define product vision, roadmap, and specifications. Product Development:

Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure development aligns with market requirements and timelines. Lifecycle Management:

Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality and performance standards. Prototype & Validation:

Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes. Product Launch & Marketing:

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches (NPI). Sales Enablement:

Coordinate with marketing and sales to create promotional materials, training programs, and sales tools. Customer Support:

Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to the sales team and customers. Customer Engagement:

Gather feedback, identify pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvements (Voice of Customer). Stakeholder Relationships:

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders (Voice of Business). Inquiry Resolution:

Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Product Lifecycle Management:

Monitor product performance and market trends to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Pricing & Targets:

Provide pricing studies and create sales targets that support the marketing strategy. Product Improvements:

Implement enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis. Continuous Improvement:

Implement CPI programs to enhance customer satisfaction. Discontinuation & Transitions:

Manage product discontinuation and transition plans as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure product availability and cost management. Compliance:

Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams to meet industry standards and regulations. Global Alignment:

Collaborate with international teams to align global product strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in paving products, construction equipment, or heavy machinery. Strong technical background with knowledge of Asphalt Paving machines and related equipment. Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams and customers. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Desired Competencies:
