Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to FOTILE’s operational standards and procedures as outlined in training and logistics manuals.

Support the development and execution of demand planning strategies to improve inventory forecasting and stock availability.

Analyze sales data, seasonal patterns, and market trends to assist in creating accurate demand forecasts.

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, helping to prevent both overstock and stockout situations.

Conduct periodic inventory audits and assist in implementing improvements to boost inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and update stock levels in the OMS and ERP systems.

Stay informed on industry trends and logistics practices, especially regarding U.S. transportation and warehousing regulations.

Oversee import logistics, including communication with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.

Support inland logistics operations by coordinating shipping schedules and warehousing needs to reduce transit times and logistics costs.

Liaise with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to track performance and support execution of service‑level agreements.

Help manage retail return processes by coordinating with 3PLs and contributing to the improvement of reverse logistics workflows.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes, aiming to improve processing times and delivery accuracy.

Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts that enhance supply chain efficiency, cost control, and overall logistics performance.

Address logistics and transportation issues promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.

Assist in managing packaging and supply inventory for 3PLs based on consumption trends in wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proficient in both Chinese and English.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, inventory management, importing, inland shipments, and 3PL management.

Proficient in Order Management System (OMS) implementation, customization, and utilization, with hands‑on experience in successful OMS projects.

Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices, as well as familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data‑driven solutions for precise demand forecasting and operational efficiency.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Salary Base $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
