Manager/Director of Business Analytics We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Data Analyst
to join our remote team. As a key member of the analytics team, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze business performance, uncover actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. You will transform complex data into clear, concise reports and dashboards that help drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms).
Design and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Monitor KPIs, trends, and performance metrics to support ongoing business improvement efforts.
Identify business opportunities through data analysis and present recommendations to leadership.
Support A/B testing, forecasting, and statistical modeling as needed.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all analytics efforts.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks and optimize existing dashboards and queries.
Document business requirements, data sources, processes, and solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a business/data analyst role or similar.
Proficiency in SQL and data querying from relational databases.
Strong experience with Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
