Overview
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support the manufacturing plant operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. The ideal candidate has strong industrial maintenance experience, technical expertise in one or more trades, and a proven commitment to safety and precision maintenance practices. Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Follow safety and preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability. Collaborate with maintenance team to diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification, degree in a maintenance-related field, or relevant military experience strongly preferred. 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment. Experience performing maintenance trades such as rigging systems, bearings, lubrication, welding, pipefitting, and/or fabrication. Knowledge and application of safe work practices including PJHA, confined spaces, and permitting. Experience with precision maintenance tools and techniques (laser alignment, dial indication, vibration analysis). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed. Location
