Requirements What you’ll do as the Service Advisor: Proactively greet all customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude Establish and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Document and deliver fair, competitive, and transparent price quotes with the customer and dealership’s best interests in mind Listen to customers to determine their primary concern and review additional maintenance needs Provide all customers a full explanation of the action plan with a market price analysis of area competition to justify Performance price What you’ll need to be our Service Advisor: Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results Friendly, understanding, willing and patient team player Prior experience in account management, customer service, or retail sales required Previous automotive service department or dealership experience highly preferred Strong listening and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license without restrictions
