Sr CRM Manager Lead and evolve customer relationship management (CRM) and direct mail initiatives for

Independence Pet Group , a corporate holding company focused on pet health and insurance solutions.

Position Summary Own end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel marketing programs across email, SMS, and direct mail using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Drive data‑driven CRM strategies, ensure system performance, and maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategy, deploy, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Create segmented email journeys and personalized content for targeted audiences.

Build and manage automations, journeys, and integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Design scalable Marketing Cloud solutions (SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, APIs) for third‑party integrations.

Guide data teams on data architecture, hygiene, and integration best practices.

Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with business goals.

Manage concurrent marketing technology projects with strong organization and strategic alignment.

Own the Marketing Cloud roadmap, release management, and ongoing support.

Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GLBA, CAN‑SPAM).

Monitor deliverability, maintain domain authority, and reduce bounce rates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Administrator Certification (required).

8+ years of digital marketing experience with strong technology aptitude.

5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Web Studio).

Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and responsive design for dynamic content.

Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with Marketing Cloud.

Strong background in data hygiene, automation workflows, and audience segmentation.

Excellent technical leadership and ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.

Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.

Effective communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
