Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
About The Role
Taktile exists to create value for organizations through smarter and safer decisions at scale. Our goal is to become the world's leading software provider for automated decision‑making in the financial services industry. To date, our software powers millions of critical business decisions every day.
Taktile is based in Berlin, London and New York City.
Taktile was founded by machine learning and data science veterans with extensive experience building and running production ML in financial services.
Our team consists of engineers, entrepreneurs and researchers with diverse backgrounds, including alumni from Harvard, Oxford, Stanford and many non‑degree founders.
Our backers include Y Combinator, Index Ventures, Balderton Capital, Tiger Global and angels such as the founders of Looker, GitHub, Mulesoft, Datadog and UiPath.
We have shown great traction with scale‑ups and large enterprises across the financial services industry.
As our first RevOps hire, you’ll be the central connector between Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services and Finance – owning the strategy, systems, processes and analytics that power our revenue engine. You will report into Finance, providing an independent, cross‑functional view of revenue performance and planning.
About You
5+ years of experience in a revenue/sales operations function of a fast‑growing B2B SaaS scale‑up.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnels and revenue models.
Team player who enjoys working cross‑functionally with GTM, Data and Finance.
Good technical understanding – able to collaborate with technical stakeholders to deliver reliable outputs in spreadsheets, analyses and dashboards.
Curious & creative – want to deeply understand Taktile’s customers, products and GTM processes to optimise them as we scale.
Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial, hands‑on with a bias for action and excited to prepare the GTM function for scale.
Organised, able to manage multiple cross‑functional projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Open to a hybrid work model – able to work from our NYC office at least three days per week.
