Contracts Compliance Manager – Bordentown, NJ (Onsite)
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Job Type: Full-time. Location: Onsite, Monday–Friday with limited flexibility.
Responsibilities
Review, draft, negotiate, and administer commercial and government contracts, including POs, subcontracts, NDAs, and master agreements.
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and public-company requirements, providing practical guidance to internal teams.
Support revenue recognition, customer negotiations, and process improvements across engineering, sales, and finance teams.
Oversee contract performance, ensuring obligations are met on time and in compliance with regulations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance best practices.
Facilitate training and awareness sessions on policies, regulations, and contract management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government Contracting, Legal Studies, or related field; JD is a plus.
5+ years of experience managing commercial and government contracts in manufacturing, defense, or industrial sectors.
Comfortable with cradle-to-grave contract administration, federal acquisition regulations, and compliance oversight.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Schedule Onsite, Monday–Friday with potential limited flexibility over time.
