Job Description
What
you will be doing… Responding to inquiries and providing quotations, to our clients and prospective clients. Processing and evaluating offers from sub-contractors, paying attention to the details. Execution of both domestic and international transports, cross trades, imports and export operations. Delivering exceptional service to our customers, Every Customer, Every shipment, Every time. Managing Ocean- Freight (LCL/FCL, OOG, roro, breakbulk, chartering), airfreight, trucking and warehousing. Customer visits in coordination with Sales Manager whenever needed, always leaving a great impression. Creating, deploying, and analyzing port and site surveys. Requirements
How
you will be successful… You will have a degree, or equivalent experience in the field of supply chain/freight forwarding or International Business. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Always paying attention to the details. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative, be innovative and go the extra mile. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and be a fanatic about response times. Going the Extra mile to help customers succeed. Cargowise proficiency preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. What We Offer
