Do you have aspirations to run your own business? If so, you may want to consider working in the office of Tim Pruitt - State Farm Agent. As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Ability to multi-task Bilingual - Spanish required Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in SPRINGDALE. Our office is open Mon - Thur 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Saturday 9:30 am - 12:00 Noon. I have been a State Farm agent since 1988. I am a proud graduate of UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT MONTICELLO. We currently have 9 team members at our agency. We have 46 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Silver Scroll Additional languages spoken: Spanish
