In this crucial role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Portuguese-speaking users, providing excellent support and assistance related to their ride-sharing experiences. Your fluent communication skills in Portuguese will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries and offer solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
