About the Location A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort offers 156 beachfront private residences and a 222‑room hotel within a 125‑acre walkable resort village. The resort includes a luxury spa, state‑of‑the‑art fitness center, diverse fine‑dining outlets, tennis center, 18‑hole golf course, bowling, movie theater and an exclusive private club.
Job Summary Operating as a part‑time Nail Technician at Naples Beach Club, you will provide salon and spa services that meet Four Seasons standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and a professional, relaxed atmosphere.
Essential Functions
Provide professional nail services (manicures, pedicures, Shellac, paraffin dips, cullus treatments, etc.) in a clean, well‑organized environment.
Follow Board of Cosmetology and sanitation requirements and comply with Florida legislation.
Use Book4Time and other scheduling tools, retrieve appointments, and promote retail products and spa services.
Assist spa reception, support operations in guest rooms, and attend to other spa duties as required.
Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and safety situations promptly and professionally.
Maintain payroll procedures, inventory records, and proper documentation.
Participate in training, meetings and adhere to Four Seasons policies, work rules and the Spa Training Manual.
Non‑essential Functions
Operate audio‑visual equipment and lighting systems.
Assist spa reception with guest room delivery and orientation.
Play crystal bowls to enhance guest experience, when requested by training.
Qualifications
Current Florida State Cosmetology License.
At least two years experience in an upscale, four‑ or five‑diamond spa/hotel environment.
Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to remain calm in a busy setting.
Bi‑lingual abilities desirable; Book4Time or similar scheduling system experience preferred.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; must be authorized to work in the United States.
