Responsibilities: Legal Document Drafting & Preparation: Draft and review Wills, Trusts, Advance Directives, and Correspondence Client Communication & Case Management Maintain accurate client records using CRM software Track case deadlines and ensure efficient workflow Accurately track and enter billable time Assist with client invoicing Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Trust administration, Probate, or related legal fields Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred) Strong knowledge of Florida Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust administration laws Proficiency in legal practice management software (CRM experience preferred) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat) Familiarity with timekeeping software and billable hours tracking Exceptional legal writing and research skills Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with Trust funding procedures and asset transfers Experience working with financial institutions regarding estate matters Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in legal documents Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
