If you have longevity with prior firms, a strong litigation background, and the ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented cases—this is your opportunity to work with a respected firm that values precision, professionalism, and collaboration. What You’ll Do: Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial. Draft, proof, and manage legal documents (pleadings, motions, notices, etc.). Conduct legal research, review records, and investigate case facts. Manage deadlines, calendars, and case files in Aderant Total Office. Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and clients professionally and efficiently. Prepare trial exhibits and assist attorneys in the courtroom. Track billable hours with attention to accuracy and client compliance. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years litigation paralegal experience in product liability, insurance defense, or related practice. Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure & court systems. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and proficiency with case management systems. Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
