Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

to join its Tampa office. This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering a professional and collaborative environment, excellent benefits, and a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will bring at least

five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and financing

in a law firm setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate and financing transactions Conduct title and survey reviews, prepare title commitments and policies, and resolve title issues Perform due diligence on real estate and financing documents Prepare and organize closing documents, deeds, mortgages, and UCC filings Coordinate and manage commercial closings, including closing binders and post-closing follow-up Draft and format transactional and financing documentation Assist with the formation of entities such as corporations and limited liability companies Maintain organized electronic files and communicate effectively with clients and title companies Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate transactional and financing paralegal experience in a law firm Experience with title insurance, survey review, and closing processes Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with electronic document management systems Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-focused mindset Compensation and Benefits
