About the Opportunity Evolve Workforce Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw firm to identify a skilled Real Estate Paralegal for its Miami office. This position plays a critical role in supporting attorneys on a wide variety of real estate financing, acquisition, and development transactions.
The ideal candidate will bring
8–10 years of experience in real estate transactional support , including document preparation, title and survey review, due diligence, and closing coordination. This is a hybrid position offering long-term professional growth in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare real estate closing documents, including loan agreements, mortgages, deeds, title documents, and related contracts
Conduct and review title searches, title commitments, and surveys; identify and summarize encumbrances and exceptions
Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and development projects, including entity formation and document tracking
Manage communication and logistics with lenders, title agents, surveyors, and other closing parties
Organize and maintain real estate transaction files, calendars, and deadlines; prepare closing checklists and binders
Support attorneys during closings and client meetings, including preparation of signature pages and post-closing materials
Draft correspondence and routine transactional documents under attorney supervision
Manage special projects and other legal support duties as assigned
Qualifications
8–10 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate, including financing, acquisition, and development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
Familiarity with ALTA surveys, title policy review, and electronic closing platforms
Strong understanding of real estate transactional workflows and terminology
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with attorneys, clients, and third parties in a professional manner
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Hybrid schedule with designated in-office days
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Moderate to advanced use of a keyboard and screen-based tools
