267998Las Vegas, Nevada**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**As a Front Desk Clerk at New York New York, you are responsible for warmly welcoming guests to the property, ensuring that their unique needs are met to create memorable experiences during their stay. This role includes managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

**THE STARTING RATE:** $17.20 hourly

**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
