Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Ride-Sharing App Department! In this essential entry level role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Nordic-speaking users, providing them with top-notch assistance and support regarding their ride-sharing experiences. Your fluency in Nordic languages will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and have a passion for customer service. You will engage with users, helping them navigate our app, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience.
Responsibilities
