Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Background in customer service or related experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
