Overview
The Palm Coast Villas is currently hiring for a Front Desk Associate. Our boutique property is located in the Hammock area of Palm Coast, directly on A1A, on five acres of lush Hammock vegetation, just blocks from the Ocean. This position is part-time or potentially full-time in a forty-room, low-volume, personal service business, and is very customer service oriented. We are looking for a people person to join our amazing team. Previous reservations system experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right highly motivated individual who isn\u2019t afraid of learning new software systems. Please don’t be afraid of computers. We are not a part of any chain or franchise operation. You will know the people you are working for and we are about mutual loyalty and fair play. Work in a great, fun environment where you\u2019ll meet new and interesting people every day, as well as many repeat guests. Must be willing to work some weekends and holiday shifts as well as day and evening shifts (until 9:00 or 9:30 PM). Greet guests and provide front desk assistance in a personable, professional manner. Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations as needed. Learn and operate the reservations system; manage guest requests and keep accurate records. Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area and support team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications
Customer service orientation; experience in guest-facing roles is highly desirable. Previous reservations system experience is a plus; willingness to learn new software systems. Comfort with computers and ability to learn new technology. Willingness to work weekends and holiday shifts; ability to work day and evening shifts (until ~9:30 PM). Part-time position with pay rate $16/hour; approximately 30 hours per week on average (not guaranteed).
