Job Description - Student Office - Academic and Student Services (Spring) (252438). The Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences is seeking Student Assistants to provide support for The Dodge Academic and Student Services. Responsibilities
Answering telephones Making copies Typing/data entry Preparing correspondence Greeting and assisting students, parents, and faculty General office support Other related duties as assigned Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, between hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm; Average of 10-15 hours a week; Scheduled around your class schedule. Job Details

Required Education : Must be currently enrolled in the SpringTerm as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status. Must attach Spring 2026 class schedule Skills : Effective communication skills (verbal & written) Basic computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to maintain academic progress while managing a flexible work schedule Excellent customer service skills High attention to detail Highly motivated, organized, timely, welcoming, and familiar with the OU campus and resources Flexible to adapt in various situations and able to think quickly on their feet Physical Requirements
Standard office environment Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 25 lbs., depending on job assignment Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, as necessary, and depending on job assignment, occasionally to frequently Preferred/Department Preferences
Must be comfortable working with the public Prefer 6 or more months of clerical experience in an office environment Special Instructions
