Graham Technologies seeks a Case Management Lead who will supervise case management staff, ensure IRTPA/DNI timeliness, produce DNI quarterly metrics and monthly slides, and govern PeopleSoft data integrity and shared file hygiene.
Location: Springfield, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead case management efforts; train staff; manage assignments/priorities; elevate bottlenecks. Track/report case progress; produce DNI quarterly metrics and monthly slides; maintain shared file archives. Keep PeopleSoft Investigations/Adjudications Modules current; ensure folder mapping/searchability. Prepare briefings, reports, SOPs; provide process improvements for DNI reportability. Deliver WARs; coordinate with leadership and KC stakeholders. Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a personnel security‑related field. 7‑10 years of personnel security experience (DoD/IC). Strong Microsoft Suite; exceptional attention to detail and writing; deep case management methodology experience.
