A busy Arlington family is looking to hire a warm, professional, and proactive nanny to care for their two children, ages 6 and 4. They are looking for someone who is not only safety-conscious but also passionate about child development. The ideal nanny will encourage learning through reading, math activities, and homework help while fostering curiosity and engagement. During the summer, they want an energetic and playful caregiver who will take the kids to the pool, library, and playdates while keeping them active and entertained. While the children are at school (the younger one from 9-12:45 and the older one until 3:45), responsibilities will include laundry, organization, and meal prep.
