Vegetation Management Observer

Atlas Field Services . This position involves safety-focused vegetation management, inspection, quality control, and coordination with clients and contractors. Responsibilities include: Identifying dead and dying trees affected by environmental conditions. Inspecting overhead power lines for vegetation clearance. Performing quality control assessments on vegetation work. Documenting vegetation management activities. Assessing trees for hazards and compliance. Assisting in storm and emergency projects. Communicating with clients, contractors, and the public. Qualifications: Degree in forestry, environmental science, or related field preferred. ISA Certified Arborist or Utility Specialist certification preferred. Experience in forestry, arboriculture, or horticulture is a plus. Strong tree identification, map reading, and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather and terrain. Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Must be able to work outdoors, operate vehicles, and handle physical tasks in diverse conditions. Safety:
Commitment to safety is essential, including hazard identification and participation in safety briefings. Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license, pass drug test, and ability to operate field equipment. This job is
