Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Appliances Department! In this entry level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, providing outstanding support and assistance regarding their home appliance inquiries. Your linguistic skills will enable you to effectively communicate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment and have a passion for customer service. You'll have the opportunity to assist clients with product inquiries, technical support, and service requests while being part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with questions about home appliances, troubleshooting, and product features Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system Coordinate with technical support and service teams to address customer issues Provide detailed information on products and their functionalities Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and products Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support tools and software Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Free Greek Course More Benefits and Discounts And More...
