In this position, the student worker will assist with a variety of general office duties including but not limited to data entry. Preparing documents and items for mailing/shipping. Editing and formatting of documents and presentations. Providing administrative support at some 4-H events. Requirements / Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to use Microsoft Office products. Position Details
Classification Title: Student Assistant FLSA: Non-Exempt FTE: 49 Primary responsibilities include general office/clerical work. Physical Demands
Light physical exertion common to office work; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs during packing and setup for events. Driving may be required. Travel, Interaction, and Security
Is this a Position of Trust?: Yes Does this position have direct interaction or care of children under 18 or direct patient care?: Yes Does this position require a P-Card?: No Is driving a requirement of this position?: Yes Does this position have security access (e.g., IT security, personnel records)?: No Background Investigation
Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of a background investigation including a criminal background check, verification of credentials and employment history, and may include a credit check.
