Nature & Purpose Of Position Oversees all aspects of multimedia production, from concept development to final delivery. Producers are involved in coordinating teams, managing logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of projects, whether it’s live events, short films, web content, or specialized productions like documentaries or news segments.

Concept Development and Planning: Plan and oversee all aspects of production for assigned projects. Develop content ideas tailored to specific audiences. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new content.
Coordination And Talent Management: Coordinate with directors, editors, and crew to ensure smooth workflow. Work closely with writers, talent, and technical staff to execute projects. Handle talent acquisition, including talent sourcing, casting calls, contract negotiations, and talent management. Oversee logistical aspects of production, including talent and location management, and ensure availability and scheduling of both.
Production Oversight: Manage the technical and creative teams to execute projects. Handle budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects. Lead production meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production are completed on time. Ensure legal, ethical, and safety standards are followed during production.
Post-Production And Quality Control: Work closely with editors and post-production teams to review footage and ensure the final product meets desired quality standards. Assist in post-production workflow and quality control, providing feedback and maintaining consistency with the original vision.
