to join their Jacksonville office. This is a full‑time, onsite role with the potential for one hybrid day per week. Role Overview
You’ll support attorneys in a multi‑state practice, handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions. From drafting legal documents to coordinating closings and post‑closing tasks, this role offers a dynamic and impactful legal environment. Draft documents for commercial real estate sales, leases, and loans Review and summarize title documents and surveys Coordinate closings, escrow transfers, and transaction reporting Handle post‑closing documentation (recordings, title policies, binders) Prepare entity formation documents and annual filings Conduct legal research and compile case‑related information Track billable time and maintain accurate client records Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple attorney workloads and meet deadlines Experience with title searches and survey reviews across jurisdictions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Nuance, and legal document systems Proven success in handling diverse legal transactions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate law experience Familiarity with title and survey review processes Apply Now
