LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions and demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a mix of in-office and remote flexibility. The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role in managing all aspects of complex real estate transactions from contract to closing. This includes drafting, reviewing, and organizing documents, coordinating closings, performing due diligence, and assisting with title and survey review. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and closing binders. Coordinate closings and manage checklists and timelines. Conduct title and survey review and identify potential issues. Draft closing statements, escrow letters, and correspondence. Perform due diligence and maintain organized closing files. Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel. Assist with entity formation and document filings with the Secretary of State. Maintain document management systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title, and survey processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Paralegal certificate or associate degree preferred. Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote flexibility).
