Overview
Greet guests on arrival and departure; process check-in and check-out. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner. Answer phone calls and manage guest reservations. Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, amenities, and local area. Use hotel PMS/booking software (training will be provided if necessary). Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized and welcoming. Occasionaly assist with billing, night audit procedures (if applicable) and other front-office duties. Responsibilities
