Litigation Paralegal
to join our busy Litigation team in the Buffalo office. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the firm’s business litigation attorneys by managing complex commercial cases from start to finish. Responsibilities
Draft pleadings Handle discovery (both paper and electronic) Prepare for trial Participate in trial proceedings Leverage hands-on experience with at least one e-discovery/document review platform (e.g., Relativity, Summation, or Concordance) if applicable Maintain organization, time management, and attention to detail while working independently and contributing to a collaborative team environment Provide professional customer service to effectively support internal and external clients Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies; litigation experience is desired Hands-on experience with at least one e-discovery/document review platform is preferred Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo, is $58,000 to $71,200.
