Litigation/Trial Paralegal Needed at Premier Personal Injury Law Firm Join to apply for the Litigation/Trial Paralegal role at M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers. We are seeking a litigation paralegal to provide overall support and work closely with our trial attorneys. Some experience in personal injury is required and the applicant needs to be very tech savvy.

Responsibilities

Respond to and propound written discovery

Stay organized and update pre-trial deadlines and documents in our CRM software (Filevine)

Prepare exhibit binders and other pre-trial documents

Schedule and summarize depositions

Review and summarize discovery responses

Prepare meet‑and‑confer letters

File litigation motions (like discovery motions) and prepare oppositions

Pre‑trial court filings

Other pre‑trial activities

Qualifications

Tech savvy (preferably with Filevine case management software)

Previous experience as a paralegal

Experience in personal injury law

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience filing and e‑filing documents in all California Courts

Deadline and detail‑oriented under time pressure

Trial experience as a paralegal would be a huge plus.
