Provide excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, such as booking, itinerary changes, and cancellations. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in ongoing training and development to keep up-to-date with industry trends and improvements. Qualifications
Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated. A strong passion for customer service and the travel industry. Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive team player who enjoys helping others. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with exceptional organizational skills. Benefits
